1．两人一组就2a中的问题进行问答练习，并邀请两三组学生当堂分享他们的对话。
2．让学生快速阅读2b中的短文，提炼出每个段落的中心思想，并标记出文章中出现的生词、短语和难句。
3．教师传授阅读技巧——运用思维导图来帮助记忆。
4．让学生查看2c中的思维导图，并完成任务。
5．让学生回答2d中的问题，并核对2c和2d的答案。
6．小组合作，让学生运用2c中的思维导图试着描述篮球的发展历史，可抽取几组学生分享他们的描述。
7．邀请学生朗读短文(可一人一段)，老师要注意学生的语音，给予必要的朗读指导。然后播放录音，让学生听并跟读。
8．小组讨论，列表写出成为一名著名篮球运动员的好处和困难之处，并抽取几名学生分享自己的看法。
