However, the healthiest thing about Spain may not be the food, but their relaxing way that people enjoy their life. While dining out, they may stay to talk together and perhaps share a glass of wine. If the conversation gets good, they’ll stay for hours.

Like Spain, Italy’s typical diet also plays a huge role in the country’s health. Rich in vegetables, fruits, fish and healthy oil, their diet also contains grains. Italians also enjoy a glass of wine with meals, but they don’t drink too much, which is good for heart health. Like their neighbors, Italians also like to spend their time at the dinner table.Besides that, Italians usually walk or ride to their school or offices. On a sunny day, they usually go for a walk or have a ride. They can get enough exercise from it.
Iceland
Icelanders eat simple things: seafood. It can reduce the risks of some chronic diseases. Maybe the most important thing is that Icelanders enjoy the benefits of their island’s natural hot springs. If part of your morning life is coffee, it’s likely that you pay more attention to your cup.
An Australian scientist wants to find out whether there’s any scientific basis for thinking that taste is influenced by cup color----and it turns out, the color of your cup plays a big role in how you think your coffee tastes.A study called Does the Color of the Cup Influence the Taste of the Coffee? published in the journal looks at how color influences the taste of coffee.
According to the writer, Federa University Australia’s George Van Doorn, the idea of the experiment first came out by a conversation with a shopper who said that the coffee from a white china cup tasted bitter than that form a clear glass. Van Doorn decided to find out the truth. He built up a group to do the experiment. The group tested three colors of the cups: white, blue and clear. They gave thirty six drinkers the same coffee which was served by white cups, blue cups and clear cups. And they should score it from sweetness, bitterness and quality. After the experiment, they knew that the color of the cup could influence how sweet and how strong the coffee was. When people drank their coffee from a white cup, they thought that the color of the coffee in white cups was darker than that in blue cups and clear cups. Why? Scientists think that the
contrast in color is an important factor in how people perceive taste.

What manners should you know when visiting China?
We have learned lots of manners about foreign countries, what manners should foreigners know when they are visiting China?
1. Meeting people
Greet elders or your leaders first. It is polite to greet elders or your leaders when you meet them. When you shake hands with a lady, as a man , do not shake hands with a woman unless she offers it first. Do not cover a woman’s hand with two hands or hold it firmly. In Europe or the US, you can hold people’s hands with much strength, but in China a handshake should be light. Stand up when people greet you. You can take your seats till the elders or hosts take theirs. Your seat depends on your position in the group. When receiving a business card, accept it with both hands and do not put it away at once. Never throw it away where people can see it. It’s rude to look into people’s eyes for a long time.
2. Conversation
When receiving a praise from others, Chinese people usually say something like “oh, it’s only so-so”, “I am not good at it , I just have a try”to show their moderation. Don’t eat your favorite dish only, you should taste everything.
