Five imprtant qualities fr scientists are ffered. I pick perseverance, respnsibility and curisity and rank
them as fllws.
Perseverance cmes first. Scientific research is filled with failures. Tu Yuyu kept ding cuntless
experiments befre discvering qinghasu. Secnd is respnsibility. Scientists’ wrk influences peple’s lives, s
they must take scial duties seriusly. Curisity ranks third. It inspires explratin, yet it means nthing withut
persistence and a sense f duty.
We students shuld develp these fine qualities t pursue science in the future.
【参考范文】
Of the five qualities, I rank respnsibility first, fllwed by perseverance and creativity.
The reasn why I give respnsibility tp pririty is that nly by having respnsibility can science serve
mankind. When many peple were dying f malaria in the 1960s, Tu Yuyu tk the respnsibility and devted
decades t discvering qinghasu, which has since benefited abut 200 millin malaria patients. Perseverance
cmes secnd. As we all knw, it was after 190 failures that Tu succeeded in making qingha extract. Creativity
ranks third, fr she creatively adpted lw-temperature extractin inspired by ancient medical bks.
As teenagers, we shuld develp these qualities t prepare urselves fr future scientific explratin.
