Third, be sure t have the right clthing and shes r bts fr the hike. Light, breathable clthing is the best during the summer, alng with the hat and strng hiking shes. Furth, carry plenty f water. Having a few snacks can give yu energy, t. Fifth, take a small first-aid bx with yu, particularly n lnger hikes, in case yu get injured. Sixth, pack a detailed map f the area yu’re hiking, alng with a cmpass r a GPS t lcate yur psitin. And finally, take nthing hme with yu except pictures and memries. Yu can prtect these areas by leaving all rcks, flwers, and ther bjects fr future visitrs.
