Smart jbseekers need t rid themselves f several standard myths abut interviewing befre they start lking fr a jb. What fllws is a list f sme f these untruths and sme tips t help yu d yur best at yur next interview.
Myth 1: The aim f interviewing is t btain a jb ffer
Only half true. The real aim f an interview is t btain the jb yu want. That ften means rejecting jb ffers yu dn’t want! S befre yu d please an emplyer, be sure yu want the jb.
Myth 2: Always please the interviewer
Nt true. Try t please yurself. Of curse, dn’t be hstile (敌对的) ─ nbdy wants t hire smene disagreeable. But there is plainly a middle grund between being t ingratiating (逢迎的) and being hstile.
Myth 3: Try t cntrl the interview
Nbdy “cntrls” an interview. When smene tries t cntrl yu, yu resent (怨恨) it. When yu try t cntrl thers, they resent yu. Remember yu can’t cntrl what an emplyer thinks f yu, just as he cant’ cntrl what yu think f yu. S be ready t give and take when being interviewed; never cntrl the interview.

An exciting cnversatin always makes us feel free ─free t interrupt, t disagree, t agree enthusiastically (热情地). Just hang lse. Try being yurself fr a change. Emplyers will either like r dislike yu, but at least yu’ll have made an impressin. Leaving an emplyer indifferent is the wrst impressin yu can make.

There are many arguments abut the strng pints and weak pints f examinatin, Sme peple think examinatin is the nly way t test hw well the students have mastered the knwledge. But n the ther hand, sme peple think examinatin can’t test what the students have really studied. And examinatin is nly a heavy burden fr the students.
As fr me, I think the result f the exam is just like a mirrr fr bth teachers and students. Thrugh examinatin, teachers can knw well abut what students have mastered and what they haven’t, As fr the students, they car/check their study and get t knw n which aspects they have nt dne well. S they will make much imprvement in their study.
Examinatin can als inspire the students t imprve their studying methds and t wrk tgether.
Althugh exam has s many strng pints, we must use it reasnably, because t many exams will be burdens fr bth teachers and students.
