      The bill was sent t her rm. When she caught sight f the huge sum n the bill, her heart sank. A chill ran dwn her spine, thinking she culd never affrd it. Tears welled up in her eyes, filled with despair. Just then, Dr. Kelly walked in, hlding the bill. Withut a wrd, he tre it int small pieces, the sund f the paper ripping eching in the quiet rm. “Yu paid fr my kindness with that milk lng ag,” he said, a gentle smile n his face, “This is my way f shwing my appreciatin.” Overwhelmed with emtin, the wman burst int tears, her heart filled with gratitude and warmth.
