现在进行时表示现在正在进行或发生的动作，也可表示当前一段时间内的活动或现阶段正在进行的动作。
现在进行时的标志性词语
时间副词nw、 present 、currently、presently、tday等He is reading a bk nw.（他现在正在读一本书。）I'm ding my hmewrk right nw.（我现在正在做作业。）时间短语right nw、in this day 、as we speak、 at the mment等They are playing basketball at the mment.（他们此刻正在打篮球。）She is learning French these days.（这些天她正在学法语。）提示性词语lk、listen等Lk! The birds are flying in the sky.（看！鸟儿们正在天空中飞翔。）Listen! Smene is singing in the next rm.（听！有人正在隔壁房间唱歌。）
现在进行时由＂助动词 be(is/am/are)＋动词的－ing 形式＂构成，变否定句要在助动词 be 之后加 nt；变一般疑问句要将助动词 be 提到句首。
1.一般在动词词尾加-ing，如：read-reading; play-playingMy father is wrking hard in the ffice.我爸爸正在办公室里努力工作。She is reading an interesting bk.她正在读一本有趣的书。She is telephning her friend.她正在给她的朋友打电话。Many students are graduating frm university this year.今年很多学生将从大学毕业。
现在分词的构成规则
2.以不发音e结尾，去e加-ing，如：dance-dancing; cme-cming
She is writing a letter t her friend.她正在给她的朋友写信。They are making a cake in the kitchen.他们正在厨房里做蛋糕。The train is arriving at the statin.火车正在进站。The shp is clsing sn.这家商店很快就要关门了。
3.以重读闭音节结尾的动词，末尾只有一个辅音字母，应先双写这一字母，再加-ing。如：fit-fitting; run-runningShe is putting her bks int the bag.她正在把书放进包里。Lk! They are swimming in the pl.看！他们正在游泳池里游泳。He is frgetting his keys again.他又要忘记带钥匙了。The cat is sitting n the mat.猫正坐在垫子上。
4. 特殊变化：lie-lying -; die-dying -; g - ging, be – being; have – havingMy cat is lying n the sfa, lking very cmfrtable.我的猫正躺在沙发上，看起来非常舒服。The pr dg is dying. We shuld call the vet at nce.这只可怜的狗奄奄一息了。我们应该立刻给兽医打电话。They are ging t the park this afternn.他们今天下午要去公园。We are having a party t celebrate my birthday.我们正在举办一个派对来庆祝我的生日。

现在分词的用法1
表示计划或安排好了的将来动作，常与一个表示将来的时间状语连用。She is getting married next mnth.她下个月要结婚了。He is starting a new jb next week.他下周要开始一份新工作。The cmpany is hlding a meeting tmrrw afternn.公司明天下午要开个会。We are flying t Paris next week.我们下周要飞去巴黎。They are taking a train t Xi'an the day after tmrrw.他们后天要坐火车去西安。
现在分词的用法2
现在进行时与 always, ften, frever 等连用表示赞扬、厌烦等语气。My mther is always helping thers.我妈妈总是乐于助人。Our teacher is ften encuraging us t vercme difficulties.我们老师经常鼓励我们克服困难。He is always cmplaining abut his wrklad.他总是抱怨他的工作量。The kids are frever making nises in the classrm.孩子们在教室里总是吵吵闹闹。
