一、考纲解读
应用文是人类在社会实践活动中形成的一种文体,是人们传递信息、处理事务、交流感情的工具。文章选材时效性强, 命题灵活多样, 语言简明严谨, 考点多维,既能考查学生综合运用英语的能力,看其是否能够准确接受信息、了解信息、迅速处理信息,又能测试学生的知识范围是否广阔以及他们对当前社会的热点问题是否关注。在近年的高考阅读理解中,广告、书信、通知是比较常见的应用文体。
二、命题特点
(一)应用文选材特点
应用文是高考英语阅读理解的常见文体。高考试卷的应用文阅读材料大都来自真实生活,充满浓郁的时代气息,具有鲜明的语言特色。它们种类繁多、涵盖面广,包括旅游、学习、购物、医药、保健、环保、人才招聘、网络交流等方方面面。应用文通常标题醒目,重点突出,条理清楚,其语言有“三多”的特点:一是人名、地名、专有名词多;二是生词多;三是缩略词、省略句多。此类文章与人们日常生活密切相关,应用性很强,是历年来高考考查的一个热点。
以下是2021-2025年北京高考英语试卷应用文阅读的整理分析
题材与考查特点:
文体类型:以“项目/活动说明类应用文”为主(如项目招募、活动指南),偶见机构实习/课程介绍;
主题方向:贴合“青年成长、文化体验、社会参与”,既覆盖本土文化(如胡同导览),也涉及国际项目(如青年领袖计划);
考查重点:以细节理解题为主(占该篇3道题的全部),核心考查信息定位、同义转换的能力。
(二)掌握应用文中常见的缩略词:
1. 通讯方式:Tel. (telephne number), Ph. (phne), Add. (address)等;
2. 时间:Jan. (January), Mn. (Mnday), hr (hur)等;

三、难点分析
1. 陌生词汇: 应用文中人物、地点、场所、机构等专有名词比较多。除此之外,还有比较多的缩略词,阅读时会让考生眼花缭乱、草木皆兵,觉得到处都有自己不认识的词;
2. 长短句式: 应用文中长句特别长,短句又特别短 (祈使句、省略句),阅读时长句会让考生丈二和尚摸不着头脑,短句又让考生弄不清深浅;
3. 叠加信息: 应用文中为了强调主要信息,作者利用附加成分 (如: 从句、介词短语、非谓语动词短语等) 对主要信息进行叠加,让考生阅读时主次不分、顾此失彼;
4. 真假选项:四个备选项的设置相互之间干扰性比较强,其中只有一个全真,其余三个要么是真假参半,要么是全部都假,让考生在解题做出选择时左右为难。
II.解题技巧
1. 先抓题干“核心关键词”,精准定位原文
- 优先锁定题干里的具体信息词(如“报名截止时间”“申请条件”“活动地点”),直接跳转到原文对应段落(例:2024年胡同导览题,题干问“报名方式”,直接定位到原文“Registratin”模块)。
2. 利用文体“固定信息模块”提速
北京卷应用文多为“项目/活动说明”,自带固定模块(时间/要求/流程/福利),提前熟悉模块逻辑:
- 项目类:Eligibility(参与条件)→ Hw t Apply(申请方式)→ Deadline(截止时间)
- 活动类:Schedule(日程)→ Venue(地点)→ Ntes(注意事项)
3. 识别“同义替换”表述,匹配原文内容
题目选项不会直接照搬原文词,需对应同义表达:
- 原文:“submit the frm via the fficial website”
- 选项对应:“fill in the applicatin nline”
4. 排除“绝对化/无关干扰项”
细节题干扰项常带绝对词(“all”“must”“nly”)或无关信息:

Creativity and riginality: This criterin fcuses n the uniqueness f the perspective and the innvative reflectin f the themes.
Technical quality: This criterin examines the technical aspects f the phtgraph including cmpsitin and verall visual appeal.
Submissin guidelines
Submissin deadline: 15 September 2025
Annuncement f selected phts: The tp 10 phts will be annunced n 13 Octber 2025, the Internatinal Day fr Disaster Risk Reductin.
Entries shuld be emailed t undrr-reca@un.rg with the subject line “Summer 2025 Pht Challenge Submissin”.
Each submissin must include: the phtgrapher’s full name and age; lcatin f the pht and date; and brief descriptin (50-100 wrds) explaining the pht’s cntext and relevance t the theme.
Participants must cnfirm the riginality f their wrk and ensure they have btained all necessary permissins fr any identifiable individuals in the phts.

In April 2024, a Spt surveyed the remains f a cllapsed car park that was cnsidered t unstable fr fire crews t enter. Spt can als send back vide ftage, carry up t 14 kg and when fitted with an add-n “arm”, pen drs and press switches.
Lightning Swarm
Inspired by fireflies, these rbts are tiny and can give ut light in varius clurs. The scientists intend the rbts t use their lights t signal t and track each ther: a lw-pwer cmmunicatin strategy fr a lightweight rbt.
“We envisin sending hundreds r mre f these tiny flying rbts int a disaster site, and having them cllectively search fr survivrs,” says MIT rbtics engineer Prf Kevin Chen. “Once a survivr is fund, they’ll pass the infrmatin ut t the peratrs.”

At the Bajia Firc Rescue Statin, in Yantai, nrtheast China. a firefighter tests ut a fire-fighting rbt.
Fr a few years, China has been prmting the technlgy, which allws human firefighters t stay safely utside the danger zne while cntrlling rbt firefighters t put ut fires at chemical plants and in subways. One majr advantage f this apprach is fire resistance — Trail Blazers can wrk at temperatures f 1,000℃ fr ver 30 mins.
