The wrld is designed fr right-handed peple, but why des a tenth f the ppulatin prefer the left? 36
The answer t it remains a bit f a mystery. Since scientists have nticed that left-handedness tends t run in families, it’s assumed that left-handedness has a genetic(基因的) cmpnent t it.
37 In fact, identical twins, wh share the same genes, can smetimes prefer t use different hands. There are als plenty f theries n what else might determine which hand yu write with, but many experts believe that it’s kind f randm.

Varius activities and experiences becme rude r even signs f bad luck when the left hand becmes invlved. In sme Asian cuntries, eating with the left hand is cnsidered implite.
40 Peple cme t realize that left-handedness is natural. Sme researchers find ut that lefties are mre creative and can deal with abstract thinking better. The left-handedness is mre easily adaptable t the right-handed wrld as well. Being left-handed is n lnger a sad stry nw; instead, it is a wnderful gift r maybe it is smething yu shuld take pride in.
A.In ther wrds, left-handers are brn that way.
B.Left-handedness used t be regarded as a disability.
C.The unfavrable assciatins f the use f the left hand amng cultures are varied.
D.Why d they prefer t use their left hand rather than their right hand fr rutine activities?
E.Why d sme parents frce their left-handed children t becme right-handed when writing?
F.In Ghana, pinting, gesturing, giving r receiving items with the left hand is cnsidered rude.
G.Frtunately, nwadays mst scieties and cultures n lnger reject left-handedness like befre.

Negative Effects f Sme False Advertisement
Advertisement can be fund everywhere in this cmpetitive wrld. Mst f these advertisements are f great help t cnsumers. Sme f them, hwever, are misleading and, therefre, harmful t cnsumers.
In rder t make mre prfit, sme manufacturers prduce false advertisements. These advertisements may say that it is wrthwhile t buy their prducts. But when the cnsumers are attracted t buy the prducts, they will eventually find that they are cheated, causing great lss.
I am strngly against advertisements f this kind. I suggest that all manufacturers be hnest in whatever they d and say. I als suggest that sme laws be passed quickly t regulate the making f advertisements.

Fr the judge selectin, they cmprmised by inviting bth lcal sprts figures and a mix f teachers and cmmunity leaders, creating a diverse panel that represented the schl’s values. With everything settled, they eagerly anticipated the psitive impact their cllabrative effrts wuld have n the upcming perfrmance.题号
