Fr sme peple, nthing beats a lng walk n a sandy beach. But there’s n denying that it’s nt as easy r as fast t get arund n the beach as it is n a rad r a sidewalk. But why is it s hard t walk n sand?

But as experienced beach walkers knw, there’s a way t make it easier t walk n sand: Just add water, When sand is wet, it becmes mre cmpact (紧密), and walking n it is mre similar t walking n hard surface. In ther wrds, it’s much easier t crss a beach by walking alng the shreline, where the waves rll in and ut. This is a balance thugh; t much water culd make the sand sft nce again. If water isn’t an ptin, there is anther way t make walking n sand easier — increasing yur surface area. This culd be accmplished by wearing shes.

This means sand is a better surface fr helping athletes recver mre quickly frm wrkuts.

      A. Sand.B. Cncrete.C. Fam.D. Snw.
11.What may be the best title fr the text?
