      The Chinese Sleep Research Sciety surveyed nearly 60,000 peple aged 10 t 45, and fund that 91 percent f them reprted “nt having enugh sleep” r “still being tired after sleep”. Only abut 5.6 percent f respndents said they felt energetic after sleep. Abut three quarters f respndents said they experienced difficulty falling asleep, and 13 percent said they really struggled t fall asleep. Only abut 11 percent said they culd sleep thrugh the night withut waking up.
      Many respndents said that wrk pressure has a main influence n their sleep quality, and culd lead t bad sleep. The survey shwed 60 percent f the respndents wuld chse t wrk instead f sleep.
      In general, peple with gd educatin backgrund were cared t be mre self-disciplined (自律的) abut getting enugh sleep, but nly 5 percent f respndents had a rutine (常规的) daily schedule.
      Sleep prblems have little direct cnnectin with incme (收入), wrking cnditins r scial status, accrding t the survey. “The part f peple with bad sleep is almst the same in different scial layers,” the reprt stated.
      Surveyrs said that stress, wrries, and lw spirits were the main causes in bad sleep, it wuld get wrse because by the bsessin (着魔) with electrnic prducts that culd cause blue light effects breaking sleep.
