      Fr years, I culdn't start my day withut a sugary breakfast. Cakes, ckies, and sweetened cffee were my mrning essentials. My energy wuld crash by mid-mrning, leaving me tired and upset. I knew my sugar habit was unhealthy, but I felt pwerless t change.
