In fact, abut 60% f ur bdy weight is water. Water helps carry nutrients, cntrl bdy temperature, and remve waste. Withut enugh water, peple may feel tired, get headaches, r even face serius health prblems.Hwever, many peple have bad drinking habits. Sme wait until they feel thirsty t drink water. Others replace water with sugary drinks like sda r juice. Drinking t much water at nce is als unhealthy. It may hurt yur kidneys(肾).
