As part f their effrt t develp a plan fr the rbts, the researchers first wrked t quantify (量化) human carelessness, lking at factrs such as hw ften a human ignres r misses a safety alert. “We defined the carelessness, and the rbt bserved the behavir f the human and tried t understand it,” he says, “The cncept f carelessness level is smething abut that.”

After cnducting a cmputerized simulatin, the researchers are planning t test their wrk in a labratry with real rbts and peple-and eventually in field studies. They als want t quantify and accunt fr ther human characteristics that affect wrkplace prductivity, such as human ratinality (理性) r danger awareness.

D 36. F 37. G 38. C 39. A
根据前文“What makes the early films f a directr great fun while the later nes a ttal mess?(是什么让一个导演的早期电影非常有趣,而后来的电影却一团糟?)”
根据前文“Give the film yur undivided attentin at least nce. Filmmakers accept that they wn’t always have their audience’s undivided attentin. Significant plt pints will be highlighted with incidental music s that yu fcus.(至少一次专心致志地看这部电影。
根据前文“Cnsider the themes the film explred. Picking ut the themes and assessing hw the film treats them is a central pint f film criticism. It might be an uncmfrtable allegry Des it breathe new life int the stry and take it in an interesting directin?(例如,《狮子王》借鉴了《哈姆雷特》情节。 可知,后文举例,讲述了主题借鉴其他作品,所以G项“Yu can als cnsider if the film has drawn any inspiratin frm ther surce material.(你也可以考虑这部电影是否从其他材料中获得了灵感)”符合本段主题,后文是对此句的举例。故选G项。
根据前文“Analyze sund, lighting and prductin. Yu may nly ntice sund if the levels are all wrng and the incidental music drwns ut the dialg. Lighting, similarly, yu may nly ntice if everything is s bright that it lks like the actin is taking place in a dentist’s ffice.(分析音响、灯光及制作效果。
设空位于段首,为本段中心句,根据后文“It’s easy t fall int the trap f thinking that there is smething that is bjectively gd r bad. But if yu find yurself lving a film that ther peple seem t dislike, that isn’t necessarily a sign that there’s smething wrng with yur taste. It culd be that a film’s sense f humr agrees with yur wn, r that a film reflects yur life experiences.(我们很容易陷入这样的思维陷阱,认为客观存在着好坏之分。 故选A项。
