Yash Mehta, 14, gt the idea fr his first science fair prject n a trip t Old Delhi, India. There, he visited a schl fr blind students and nticed that nne f them used electrnic braille (盲文) readers. They were just t cstly. S he decided t build a mre affrdable ne. His device uses tiny spinning mtrs t create vibratins that feel like the raised dts f braille letters.
