      考点1 neither/s的倒装结构
      (1)neither did I意为“我也没有”,该结构为neither引导的倒装句形式。其结构为“neither+be动词/情态动词/助动词+主语”,表示前者的否定情况也适用于后者。其中neither也可以换为nr。如: —Tm can't play the pian at all.汤姆根本不会弹钢琴。 —Neither/Nr can I.我也不会。
      (2)“s+be动词/情态动词/助动词+主语”意为“……也是如此”,是“neither+be动词/情态动词/助动词+主语”的肯定形式,表示前面提到的肯定情况也同样适用于另外一个主体。如: —Tm is gd at swimming.汤姆擅长游泳。 —S am I.我也是。 【拓展】“s+主语+be动词/情态动词/助动词”意为“的确如此”。如果只是重复前面一句话的意思,表示“赞同”,主语指同一个人或物,则不需要倒装,直接用“s+主语+be动词/情态动词/助动词”。如: —He is a clever by.他是个聪明的男孩。 —S he is.的确如此。

      ❆the+比较级,the+比较级 句型“the+比较级,the+比较级”句型意为“越……,就越……”,两个比较级前都要用定冠词the修饰,前一个分句作状语,表示假设、条件、时间等,后一个分句表示结果。如:The sner,the better. 越早越好。The mre yu read,the better yu will understand. 你阅读得越多,你就越能理解。

      情态动词具有一定的含义,不能单独作谓语,必须和动词原形连用,一起构成谓语,用来表示愿望、态度或推测等。
      一、情态动词的情态意义表示法
      考点一:can可表示现在或将来的能力,意为“能;会”。can还可表示请求、允许,意为“可以”。can’t意为“不能,不可以”。
      考点二:culd可表示过去的能力。当 culd表示请求、允许时,语气比can更加委婉、客气。culdn’t意为“不能”。考点三:may表示请求、允许,意为“可以”。考点四:might表示允许时,语气比may更加委婉、客气。考点五:must表示义务、命令或必要,意为“必须”,强调主观看法。mustn’t表示“不允许;禁止”之意。考点六:have t意为“不得不”,强调客观需要。
