What n ne realized was that the small fish’s best days were still t cme: all it needed was a secnd chance.
Lacey returned hme and built a pnd ut f varius materials fr the fish she named “Mnstr”. She changed his water every day t keep it clean and fresh, and fed him with nly the fish fd. Mnstr, n the ther hand, did nt appear t be enjying his new living envirnment, nt even mving t have his meal.

When I spend mre time in nature, I feel better.” And s, I think healthcare prviders have t get ver ur wn traditinal mental views against this new srt f lifestyle, and prescribe smething evidence-based, like nature time mre ften.
This is wrth the effrt t d. Yu need t get ut f drs and just be surrunded by the greenery and by nature. Yu’ll feel calmer. Yu’ll feel less depressed and less anxius. It’s just a great way t deal with the stress f mdern life.
