In early 2020, I faced a great challenge with runner’s knee, a term that describes pain arund the patellfemral jint (髌股关节), right as the pandemic made utdr exercise a ppular escape fr many. This cnditin, ften caused by the verlading (超负荷) f the knee’s structures, left me unable t jin running, as even shrt jgs resulted in days f pain.
The issue began in 2017 when I aimed t imprve my 5 km running time, leading t a great increase in running practice. At first cnsidering the knee pain as nrmal, I unknwingly risked serius damage. Luckily, befre reaching that serius pint, I sught prfessinal help.
Eighteen mnths after my running stpped I started physitherapy (理疗) with Fred Manning. The recvery prcess started frm simple exercises and gradually increased in difficulty. This experience nt nly reduced my pain but als educated me n my injury, encuraging me t cntinue the therapy.
Expert advice suggests fcusing n strengthening the lwer bdy t stp runner’s knee. Flexibility (灵活性) is equally imprtant, with pst-run stretches (拉伸) recmmended t keep the best frm. Ehigu, a physitherapist, stressed the imprtance f the triple extensin in the running frm and recmmended regular stretching t achieve this.

This might have happened during the warming days in the past 2.6 millin years, when the frzen gas started t melt and the fire was partly separated.
