    What:This is a daily cnversatin abut the places that Grace, Kevin and Julie visited and what they did n vacatins.
    Why: It helps students learn hw t talk abut their vacatin using simple past tense and prmte their lve fr life.
    Hw: It uses basic sentences including “ Where did... g n vacatin?” “She/He went t...” “Did ” “Yes/N,...” t talk abut vacatins. The wrds, such as “wnderful” and “interesting” are used t express hw speakers feel.
    Teaching bjectives
    By the end f the sessin, mst students will be able t talk abut their vacatins with simple past tense. This will be achieved by:
    1.grasp the infrmatin abut the speakers’ vacatin, including places, activities and feelings. (learning and understanding)
    2. apply the key sentences “ Where did... g n vacatin?” ,“She/He went t...” ,“Did ” ,“Yes/N,...” t practice the cnversatin. (applying and practising)
    3.create a new dialgue abut their wn vacatins and establish their psitive attitudes twards life. (transferring and creating)
    Teaching fcus
    master the key expressins abut vacatins, such as “wnderful” , “interesting”, “ Where did... g n vacatin?”, “Did ”,etc.
    learn the simple past tense t talk abut past events.

    Students may feel it difficult t use the simple past frms prperly.

    Objective 1:grasp the infrmatin abut the speakers’ vacatin, including places, activities and feelings.
    Step 1 Lead-in
    Shw pictures f different activities during the vacatin and invite students t share where they went n vacatin.
    Lk at the pictures in 1a and describe the vacatin activities in the picture.
    Step 2 Predict
    Lk at the picture in 2a and predict where the girl in a yellw T-shirt was.
    Step 3 Listen and cmplete
    Listen t the recrding first time and cmplete the chart.

    Step 4 Listen and find

    Listen t the cnversatin in 2d and classify the basic elements when talking abut vacatin.
