    The theme f this unit is “Animal Friends”.Thrugh a series f activities and tasks,it aims t guide students t recgnize and understand different types f animals,cultivate their bservatin and descriptin skills,and at the same time stimulate their lve fr animals and raise their awareness f animal prtectin.By explring the appearance,habits,living envirnment f animals,and their relatinship with humans,this unit aims t help students establish emtinal cnnectins with animals and recgnize the imprtance f animals in the ecsystem.

    单元重点:
    1.Master the animal names and adjectives invlved in this unit.
    2.Be able t talk abut ne's favurite animal in English,and describe its appearance,habits,and abilities.
    3.Cultivate students' speaking expressin ability and language rganizatin ability.

    1.Learn t use “because” t express the reasns.
    2.Learn t accurately describe the appearance,habits,and abilities f animals,and express them in English.

    Activity 1 Warming up and revisin
    T:Tday we are ging t learn Unit 1.First,let's lk at the title and the picture.What are we ging t learn in this unit?
    Ss:We are ging t learn smething abut animals.
    T:Yes,yu're right.We are ging t learn abut different animals and their friends.Lk at the picture and share the three questins with me:
    Can yu name the animals in the pht?
    What d yu knw abut these animals?
    D yu knw any ther special animals in China?

    Activity 2 Presentatin
    T:We are ging t learn Sectin A.Why d yu like animals?Write the animals in the bx under the pictures.(Shw the wrds and pictures n the screen.)
    (Students write the animals under the pictures.)
    T:Nw,wh can tell me which animal yu like and why?
    S1:I like the fx because it lks very smart.
    T:Gd.The fx is indeed a clever animal.Anyne else?
    S2:I like the penguin.It's s cute and can swim very well.
    T:Penguins are very interesting.Well dne!

    T:It is black and white.It eats the leaves f bamb.It nly lives in China.What's it?

    T:Yes.
