A
The first time I gt n a bike,I had n idea what I was ding,and just abut everything went wrng.(我第一次骑自行车的时候,根本不知道自己在做什么,几乎所有的事情都出了问题。)
I fell flat n my face and hit my nse(我脸朝下摔了一跤,撞到了鼻子)和下文and try again the next mrning(第二天早晨再尝试)可猜测出My grandfather decided t call it a day的意思是:我的祖父决定暂停练习骑自行车,故选C项。
根据最后一段中Despite the fact grandfather's help.
I remember the day when I first learned t ride a bike. Despite the fact that…my grandfather's help.
Heated arguments and cld silences are cmmn between teenagers and their parents.
根据第三段画线词后n lnger a small child but nt quite an adult(不再是一个小孩子,但不完全是一个成年人)可知,画线词middle grund指的是介于孩子和成年人之间,故选A项。
The key t keeping the peace is regular and hnest cmmunicatin.
The gd news is yu fr adulthd.(好消息是,这段风雨飘摇的时期不会持续下去。
be helpful t意为“对……
常见的以-th结尾的名词:truth(真理);wealth(财富);length(长度);width(宽度);depth(深度);warmth(温暖);strength(力量);health(健康);grwth(成长)。
take the respnsibility t d sth.
