Feelings are the emtinal and physical respnses t what we think abut and hw we react t daily events. Feelings are natural — we can’t stp them frm happening. Because we are all different, we respnd t feelings in varius ways, smetimes psitively and smetimes negatively. But if we are aware f ur feelings, we can learn t respect urselves and thers.
There are many misunderstandings abut feelings. Fr example, “Feelings, that wmanish stuff.” Recgnizing that feelings are real and natural fr everyne is imprtant. Sme f us may never agree that feelings are a part f living. It may be difficult fr sme f us t talk abut ur feelings. Learning abut persnal feelings is imprtant in building self-awareness and relatinships with thers. Mst mentally healthy individuals learn t accept feelings, bth gd and bad.
“Feelings dn’t exist, r they are dangerus. S n ne shuld talk abut them. ” Refusing t admit feelings can damage relatinships. 2. Why des the authr mentin “ an angry persn hits the table ” in Paragraph 3?

    3. What is the authr’s attitude tward talking abut feelings?
    A. Dubtful.B. Negative.C. Favrable.D. Indifferent.
    4. What is the last paragraph mainly abut?
