A new study finds that getting a family dg is linked with a big jump in physical activity in yunger kids—especially in yung girls.
In the study, Australian researchers fllwed 600 children ver a three-year perid, starting at preschl age. They tracked the kids’physical activity and surveyed parents abut their children’s activities—and whether they had a family dg. Half f the children didn’t have a dg.
