    I have knwn abut yur prblem. As yur English teacher, I can understand yu quite well. There is n need t wrry abut it t much because the prblem is cmmn and can be slved. My suggestins are as fllws.
    First, try t understand wrds in phrases (短语) r sentences. Fr example, dn’t just learn the single wrd “mind”. Learn it in a phrase like “change ne’s mind”. That means “change ne’s idea”. Yu can als learn the wrd in a sentence like “Keep in mind what I said”. That means “Remember what I said”.
    Secnd, pay attentin t different parts f speech (词性) f a wrd. The same wrd can be used as a nun (名词) in ne sentence and it can be used as a verb (动词) in anther. Take the wrd “back” as an example. The fllwing tw sentences “Mlly has her mum at her back” and “Mlly’s mum backs her up” have the same meaning. They bth mean “Mlly’s mum supprts her”.
