Cmputers can injure（伤害） yu. Mst ther injuries happen suddenly. Fr example, if yu fall ff a bike and break yur arms, it happens very quickly. But cmputer injuries happen slwly. Yu prbably knw hw t ride a bike safely（安全地）. Nw learn t use a cmputer safely.
Yur eyes
T much light can injure yur eyes, s never sit t clse t a cmputer screen. Yur eyes shuld be at least 50 am frm the screen. Remember t lk away frm it smetimes. This gives yur eyes a rest.
When yu use a cmputer, the windw shuld be n yur left r yur right. If it is behind yu, the light will reflect（反射） n the screen. If the windw is in frnt f yu, the sun and the screen will bth shine int yur eyes.
Yur hands and wrists（手腕）
Hand and wrist injuries can happen because yu mve yur hands and wrists in the same way hundreds f times. If yu use a cmputer fr a lng time, fllw these three rules:
· Rest yur wrists n smething.
· Keep yur elbws（肘） at the same height as yur desk,
· tp smetimes and exercise yur hands, wrists and fingers in a different way.
Yur back
Sme peple sit fr many hurs in frnt f a cmputer. If yu sit in the wrng way, yu can injure yur back and yur neck. S yu shuld sit with yur back straight. The tp part f the screen shuld be in frnt f yur eyes. Yur fre arms, wrists, hands and the upper part f yur legs shuld all be parallel（平行的） t the flr. If yu are sitting fr a lng time, get up every 30 minutes and exercise.
