Many students have the same prblems as yu. Here is sme advice t help yu deal with the stress (压力)
1. Make a study plan, but dn’t study t much in ne day. Yu remember mre by studying ne hur each day fr six days, than six hurs in ne day. Als, dn’t study late at night.
2. Have a rest fr 15 t 20 minutes every tw hurs. G utdrs and walk. Ding exercise is a gd way t reduce stress.
3. Dn’t eat a lt f sugar r drink a lt f cffee. Eat fd high in Vitamin (维生素) B (such as eggs milk, vegetables and rice). These give yu energy and help yu think clearly.
4. A study partner (伙伴) can help yu practice fr the test. When yur’re wrried abut the exam, yu can talk t yur partner. This can reduce stress, t.
