When the day is dawning, the Center f Naxi Dngba Pictgraphs and Paintings f the ld twn Liliang welcmes his wner, He Runyuan, wh is dressed in a traditinal Naxi clthing. Every day, He explains Dngba culture t turists and teaches them t write Dngba characters. “Dngba characters are nt nly the sul f Dngba culture, but als a treasure fr the whle wrld,” said He. Enjying a histry f ver 1, 000 years, Dngba characters are an ancient system f pictgraphic glyphs (象形字形). They are praised t be the “living fssil (活化石)” in writing.

When the day is dawning, the Center f Naxi Dngba Pictgraphs and Paintings f the ld twn Liliang welcmes his wner, He Runyuan, wh is dressed in a traditinal Naxi clthing. Every day, He explains Dngba culture t turists and teaches them t write Dngba characters. “Dngba characters are nt nly the sul f Dngba culture, but als a treasure fr the whle wrld,” said He. Enjying a histry f ver 1, 000 years, Dngba characters are an ancient system f pictgraphic glyphs (象形字形). They are praised t be the “living fssil (活化石)” in writing.
