Episdic memry, which is supprted by a part f the brain that's knwn t benefit frm exercise, is the kind that deals with events that happened t yu in the past. Exercise that gets the heart pumping has shwn prmise in increasing brain health, and experiments in mice shw that it imprves memry—but studies lking at the same link in humans have cme ut mixed.
