    We all need a healthy envirnment, but we prduce waste every day, and it is harmful t ur envirnment. Repeat these three wrds daily: reduce, reuse and recycle. Reduce Reduce means “use less”. D nt waste things. It saves mney and causes less pllutin. D nt rder mre fd than yu can finish. Turn ff the lights when yu d nt need them. Befre yu buy smething new, think whether it is really necessary because maybe the ld ne is just as gd!
    Reuse Reuse means “use again”. Use things fr as lng as pssible. Lk after them s that they will last. Repair them if pssible. D nt thrw them away and buy new nes. D nt use paper cups r paper bags. It is better t use china cups and clth bags because they can be used many times. Recycle Recycle means “change things int smething else t be reused”. Althugh it takes energy t change things int smething else, it is better than thrwing things away r burning them. We thrw tns f rubbish away each year, and we have t make a change. Divide yur
    rubbish int plastic, glass, paper and rubber. Develp a recycling plicy fr the whle cmmunity. Buy prducts such as recycled paper t help save trees. We cannt hpe fr rapid change, but let's take these simple steps tday s that we will save the wrld fr ur grandsns and granddaughters tmrrw.

    divide v. 分开; 分割; 使产生分歧
    辨析:divide 与separateseparate 指把原来连在一起或靠近的部分分隔开。divide 是指把一个整体分成若干部分,常用短语为divide... int...“把……分成……”。

    thrw away 扔掉; 错过; 浪费(金钱) thrw away 是一个动副型词组,代词作宾语时一定要放在两词之间。e.g. It can be reused—dn’t thrw it away.它能够被再次使用—不要把它扔了。Wh wants t eat fd that is thrwn away as waste?谁想吃被当作垃圾扔掉的食物?

    harmful adj. 有害的harm n. 损害 d harm t 对……有害be harmful t 相当于d harm t 或be bad fr,意为“对……有害”。e.g. Watching TV t much is harmful t ur eyes.= Watching TV t much des harm t ur eyes.=Watching TV t much is bad fr ur eyes.看电视太多对我们的眼睛有害。
    4.Repeat these three wrds daily: reduce, reuse and recycle.
    repeat /rɪ'pi t / v. 重说; 重新做repeat 本身已表示“再一次”之意,因此不能与again 连用。e.g. Dn’t repeat it. 不要重复了。The teacher asked him t repeat what she had said.老师要他重复她所说的话。
    reduce /rɪ'dju s/ v. 减少; 缩小; 减低常用短语:reduce t... 减少到…… reduce by... 减少了……e.g. The number f the students in ur schl reduces t 890.我们学校的学生数量减到了890。The price was reduced by 50%. 价格降了50%。
