The teacher say some greeting words and sentences to the students.

e.g.,

T: Hello. /How are you? /

How old are you? /

Happy new year!

Ss: …

Have the students enjoy the song <I hear raindrops>.

师生问候，培养师生美好情感。

学生欣赏歌曲，激发学习热情。

While-task:

1. New words:

aeroplane

Show the voice of the aeroplane.

T: Listen! What’s the voice?

S1: Aeroplane.

以飞机的声音引出单词aeroplane 的学习，

T: What can you hear?

S2: I can hear an aeroplane.

Some phrases of aeroplane:

make an aeroplane

make a paper aeroplane

通过词组的学习来巩固单词的认知。

bus

   ship

   car

The same teaching methods of the other new words: bus、ship、car

Some sentences of the new words :

I can hear a bus.

I can hear a ship.

I can hear a car.

同样的教学方法来引出其余单词的学习。

用新单词进行造句使学生学习更巩固。

Post-task:

1. Guessing game

2．Do the exercises

Play the recording of different sounds and have the students close their eyes and listen. Then ask them to say what they can hear and guess where it is.

e.g.,

T: (play the recording of the sounds of some vehicle) Listen! What can you hear?

S1: I can hear a car.

S2: I can hear a bicycle.

T: Guess. Where is it? Is it in a park?

S1:No. It’s on a street.

Have the students do the exercises on the students’ book.

学生通过听各种声音来判断，激发学生的学习热情。

课堂练习

Assignment:

1. Listen to the tape on page 2-4 three times.
2. Recite the new words:

aeroplane, bus, ship, car

布置回家作业，巩固复习。
