活动一：

创设情境

 Ask the students some questions to arouse their interest:

1) Do you often have a plan for the day?

2) How can you make the best use of your time?

Present the key sentences on the slide and explain their meanings.

Ask the students to look at the pictures and then read the phrases.

Read and match the picture with the time.

Read and match the picture with the time.

活动三：

Ask students to listen to the tape and fill in the blanks.

Then ask the students to listen to the tape again and check their answers.

Play the tape. Ask students to read after the tape and underline the important phrases. Explain the meanings of these phrases to students.
