Lesson 17 I Like All Seasons!
1.能够正确听、说、读、写单词:season,winter,spring,summer,autumn,snow,cool,windy和make snowmen,plant trees,fly a kite等动词短语。
2.能够正确运用以下句型对季节这一话题进行简单的问答及表述:
What's your favourite season?My favourite season is…
I like sth.
I like/love to do sth.
3.能够运用情景创设法,对不同季节及其活动做简单的表达;正确运用本单元词汇及主要句型就季节这一话题进行交流互动,以达到让学生自然交流、综合运用的目的。
4.通过本课学习,了解四季不同特点及相关活动,丰富学生的日常生活,使英语学习充分与学生的实际生活相结合,从而激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣和热爱生活、热爱自然的良好品质。

Step 1 Warming up
1.Sing the song together.
Winter,winter,
I love the cold,white snow.
Why?Because I like to skate.
Here I go!
What's my favourite season?I love the spring.Do you?
I love the rain.I love the new leaves.
I love the flowers,too.
I like summer.
Why?Because I like the sun.
I wear shorts and play outside.
It is fun!
I like autumn.It is windy.
Temperatures are cool.
I fly my kite.I ride my bike.
I see my friends at school.
2.Play a guessing game.
Guess the activities according to the teacher's performance.
eg:Ask:What do you like to do?
Answer:I like/love to…
3.Preparation.
The teacher shows four colourful boards on the blackboard.
Step 2 Presentation
本课关于四季的学习将从学生的听觉、视觉、触觉以及嗅觉入手,感知并学习四季的不同特点及从事的相关活动,在学习过程中进行评价,鼓励学生大胆尝试,丰富想象。
1.Learn the season of winter.
(1)教师播放一段寒冷的冬风的音频文件,让学生初步联想感知季节。
(2)播放录音,完成探究学习中的第1题。
2.Learn the season of spring.
(1)T:Boys and girls,look at the screen.I have a beautiful picture.What can you see in the picture?
S1:I can see a bird and some butterflies are flying.
S2:I can see green trees.And the flowers are blooming.
T:Do you know which season it is?
(2)播放录音,完成探究学习中的第1题。
3.Learn the season of summer.
(1)教师摆放四杯水,而且每杯水的温度依次递升,让学生逐一感知到最后自然说出hot这一单词。
(2)创设情景:In one of the seasons,we can feel so hot.What season is it?
(3)播放录音,完成探究学习中的第1题。
4.Learn the season of autumn.
(1)Play a touching game.
教师准备了一个魔法袋,里面装满了各种各样的水果及蔬菜,让学生触摸并猜出它们,继而教师创设语境:
T:In this season,we always get a great harvest.We can see the colour of yellow everywhere.Do you know what season it is?
(2)播放录音,完成探究学习中的第1题。
Step 3 Practice
1.听录音,再次阅读本课内容,并完成探究学习中的第2及第3题。
2.以小组为单位,对不同展板内容进行表述。
Step 4 Consolidation
创设情景:Different people like different seasons.Can you make a survey about your classmates' favourite seasons?
1.调查同学最喜欢的季节及其活动,并整理完成表格。
2.结合以上信息,仿照本课内容,写写你最喜欢的季节及其原因。
Step 5 Summing up & Homework
1.Summing up.
(1)Words and phrases:

(2)Sentences:
