    (1) Be able to review some words and phrases about the topic: Environmental protection.

    (2) Be able to learn some useful sentences

    Our action can make difference and lead to a better future.

    All of us should play a role in protecting the environment.

    We should take a bus or ride a bike instead of driving. It doesn’t cost anything.

    Ability objects

    (1) Be able to do some reading comprehension exercises using reading skills they’ve learnt.

    (2) Be able to take about environment issues and ways to solve different kinds of pollution.

    Moral object

    Protecting the environment is everyone’s duty.

    To develop students’ ability to read and learn to use reading skills to find out the answers to questions

    To summarize writing ideas from reading passages and write students’ own compositions.

    Brainstorm : words and phrases about pollution.

       Inspire students to think about some words and phrases about different kinds of pollution.

    Each group think about one kind of pollution. Group members write words

    or phrases about this kind of pollution as much as possible.  

     

    (3)Task4: Ask students to read the passage and try to find out the answers to the questions below

    Give students two titles about environmental protection and ask them to analyze the titles.

    A: Water pollution

     Inspire students to write this kind of composition according to the Writing ideas they’ve learnt from the reading passages.

    Give students some good expressions

    Summary

    Summarize the writing skills to students.

    Homework

    Write a composition about environment protection.
