I’m from… How old are you? I’m…years old.
2.掌握be动词的一般现在时。
能力目标
1. 能准确进行自我介绍和了解他人的特征,在学习中锻炼写作能力。
2. 完成书中的练习,提高听力。
3.情感、态度和价值观
培养学生良好的社交习惯,参加各种英语活动,客服困难,在新环境中进一步树立正确的英语学习观念。
二、教学重点:
自我介绍及询问他人的句型。
三、教学难点:
掌握be动词和代词he/his/, she/her, it/its, they/their.
四、教学过程:
(一)Leading-in:
师生问好:
T: Good morning class.
S: Good morning teacher.
T: How are you?
S: We are fine.
教师活动:Choose one lucky egg. (选择一个彩蛋)Then and talk about the pictures in groups以猜谜的形式导入新课。
学生活动:Introduce the pictures。根据提示进行人物介绍。
目的引发学生对于英语学习主题的关注.
(二)Teaching steps
1. Activity 1
① 老师带领学生学习单词,通过图片讲解重点单词
② 采用转盘竞赛的方式来考察单词记忆的效果。
③ Put the sentences in the correct order. 让学生独自完成活动1,复习重点句子,然后为学习课文打下基础。

1)Listen and answer the questions. (首先放听力,了解课文大体含义。)

2)Task1: Read passage 1 and choose the answers.(让学生细读课文深入学习课文。)

①. Henry is Daming’s English name.
②. Lingling’s English name is Linda.
③. Daming is twelve years old.

⑥. Tony is from the capital of England.
3.Activity 3
Underline the correct words.
Smith is Tony’s (1) first / last name, and Tony is his (2) first / last name. He’s from Cambridge. In Tony’s class, Tony and Lingling are thirteen years old and (3) everyone / Daming is (4) twelve / thirteen years old. Lingling is Daming’s (5) student / friend.
