一、学习目标：

知识目标

1.学会运用句子：What’s your name?    My name’s …   Where are you from? 

I’m from…  How old are you?       I’m…years old.

2.掌握be动词的一般现在时。

能力目标

 1. 能准确进行自我介绍和了解他人的特征，在学习中锻炼写作能力。

 2. 完成书中的练习，提高听力。

3.情感、态度和价值观

培养学生良好的社交习惯，参加各种英语活动，客服困难，在新环境中进一步树立正确的英语学习观念。

二、教学重点：

自我介绍及询问他人的句型。

三、教学难点：

掌握be动词和代词he/his/, she/her, it/its, they/their.

四、教学过程：

（一）Leading-in：

师生问好：

T: Good morning class.

S: Good morning teacher.

T: How are you?

S: We are fine.

教师活动：Choose one lucky egg. (选择一个彩蛋)Then and talk about the pictures in groups以猜谜的形式导入新课。

学生活动：Introduce the pictures。根据提示进行人物介绍。

目的引发学生对于英语学习主题的关注.

（二）Teaching steps

1. Activity 1

① 老师带领学生学习单词，通过图片讲解重点单词

② 采用转盘竞赛的方式来考察单词记忆的效果。

③ Put the sentences in the correct order. 让学生独自完成活动1，复习重点句子，然后为学习课文打下基础。

2．Activity 2

1）Listen and answer the questions. （首先放听力，了解课文大体含义。）

2）Task1: Read passage 1 and choose the answers.（让学生细读课文深入学习课文。）

3．Activity 3

Underline the correct words.

Smith is Tony’s (1) first / last name, and Tony is his (2) first / last name. He’s from Cambridge. In Tony’s class, Tony and Lingling are thirteen years old and (3) everyone / Daming is (4) twelve / thirteen years old. Lingling is Daming’s (5) student / friend.
