(1)课程标准的要求; 普通高中英语课程标准(2017年版,2020年修订)认为教学活动应该注重学习理解、应用实践与迁移创新相结合,从而促进学生综合素养的提升。本课时的设计是基于学生在本单元学习理解基础上的应用以及具有创造性的产出。另外,课标要求培养学生的学习能力,让学生学会学习。因此,本课时的设计以此为出发点,意在运用合适的教学方法培养学生的学习能力。 (2)“OREO” Writing Model 写作教学模式的指导 所谓“OREO”Writing Model ,即是“opinion, reason,evidence and opinion”的写作结构,是议论文写作特有的模式。以该模式为指导,使学生学会如何正确写议论文,并且培养其自主学习、自主思考以及分析论证的能力。 | |

(1)针对学情调查 Q1:How much do you know about chemical & organic farming? Q2:Can you list some real food about the chemical or organic farming? Q3:What words or expressions can you use to introduce the chemical and organic farming? Q4:Do you know what the “OREO” model is? Q5:Do you have any idea about how to express your ideas? Q6: How can you make your idea persuasive? 以上调查是关注学生的知识层面:根据以上调查,整理已知、存在的具体问题,并设想发展预期。 (2)学生实际情况 当前所处年级为高二,属于中等偏上的班级,基础较好,成绩较为平均。对本单元前面部分的知识已有一定程度的掌握。(当前实习班级) | |

Time to learn | (1) Greeting and presenting the learning objectives: Know what the “OREO” Writing Model is; Use the model to write an argumentation; Learn to revise your own writing according to the checklist. (2) The teacher presents a few pictures of chemical and organic farming to the students(呈现图片,激发学生学习兴趣。图片处需要出示部分关键词作为引导。) (3) Presenting the different ideas about chemical & organic farming and ask what the person’s opinion on chemical & organic farming(学生讨论发表观点). (4) Activity 1: Discuss and think about how to make the opinion persuasive.(分析文本,带着学生找出其中persuasive的事实。) |
Time to analyze | (1)The teacher shows a better version of the opinions and instruct students to analyze it with the “OREO”model(本处文本目的在于引导学生分析如何使观点更加具有说服力。教师可在课件上用不同颜色标注相关表达). (2)Summarize the “OREO”model. (3)Activity2: Discuss and analyze how to make the passage logical and fluent?

Time to write | (1) Time to students to write according to the procedures before.(让学生选择一个观点,根据上面两个环节的分析步骤让学生进行写作,即OREO模式展开,如何persuasive,再到如何logical 和fluent.) (2) Presenting the checklist,students check by themselves. (3) The teacher projects students’ writing to the projector and let the student show how she or he checks the writing and whether it is followed the principle of the “OREO” Model. |
Homework | Choice A: Polish the writing. Choice B: Write a new one from another perspective with the “OREO” Model. |
