单个动名词（短语）作主语， 谓语动词用单数。eg：Running in the mrning is gd fr ur health.早上跑步对我们的健康有好处。

如果两个动名词（短语）指同一件事情，谓语动词用单数。eg： Ging t bed early and getting up early is gd.早睡早起很好。
