Some friends invite you over and serve you a delicious dinner. Someone lends you his car while there’s something wrong with yours. You are sick, and a friend brings you a meal and cares for you.
How do you show your gratitude (感谢)?
Sometimes sim ply saying thank you is enough. At other times, it is thoughtful to say thank you in a more different way. Be sure to tell that person what you are thankful for and why you are thankful.
Here are some common ways to say thank you.
You can write a thank-you note. People are very busy these days. A handwritten note shows you took the time to tell someone you are thankful to him or her. Or you can call and thank the person. You would be surprised how this can make someone’s day. Another idea is to send a thank-you email. This is not quite as personal, but it still shows your gratitude.
There are many other ways to say thank you. To say thank you in a creative (创新的) way, you can:
★Choose some flowers from a shop. Write a thank-you note.
★Give the person a basket of fresh fruit or a homemade treat.
★Invite a friend to a movie, meal, snack or coffee.

In 2003, China sent its first astronaut, Yang Liwei into space. Since then, several other Chinese astronauts have “reached for the stars”. Health is important

Take hard training
In China, you must be a great pilot (飞行员) first and fly more than 600 hours without accidents. And then you might start difficult training after becoming a backup (预备) astronaut. For example, you have to wear a 200-kilogram suit and do tasks underwater for six or seven hours without eating or going to the toilet. This is like doing tasks during a spacewalk.
Get much knowledge (知识)
