Step 1 Revision & Warm-up

PPT出示不同职业的相关图片及文字，让学生猜一猜职业，能帮助学生唤醒旧知，激发学生的学习兴趣。

       Revision（Let’s guess.）

  课件呈现描述职业的文字和相关图片，学生根据提示猜一猜是什么

职业。

  T: When you grow up, what do you want to be? 

  Ss:I want to be a/an ...

(doctor, dentist, firefighter, police officer, farmer, postwoman, teacher)

       Warm-up

  教师播放视频，学生观看视频并复习所学的职业词汇。

  T: What does he/she do? 

Ss: He/She is a/an...(artist, carpenter, cook, teacher,doctor...)

Step 2 Presentation&Practice

呈现Let’s try板块的语言情境，先让学生预测对话内容，然后听录音并完成习题，培养学生良好的听前预测习惯。

呈现Let’s talk板块的图片，引导学生观察图片，预测即将学习的对话内容，培养学生的逻辑思维能力。

观看对话视频后完成选择题，检验学生对对话细节的理解。

A. Let’s try

1. 课件呈现一张教室的图片，教师引导学生观察图片，导入新课。

   T: Today is Parents’ Day. Our friends’ parents will come to school to

meet the teachers. Who will come?

2. 学生浏览题干，提前预测Let’s try听力重点内容。然后老师播放录

音，学生完成Let’s try的两道练习题。

  Q1: Sarah's mother can/can't come today.

  S1: Sarah's mother can come today.

  Q2: Her father is a doctor/teacher/taxi driver.

S2: Her father is a doctor.

3. 老师再次播放录音，学生跟读听力原文。然后在听力原文中找出听

力题的关键信息“My mother is coming.”和“He’s a doctor.”。

1. 课件呈现Sarah和Oliver对话的场景，引导学生猜测对话内容。

 T: Sarah’s mother is coming. Sarah’s father is busy. What about Oliver’s parents? Who will come to school?

2. Watch and tick.

1. 学生浏览题干，提前预测视频重点。
2. 播放视频，学生选出正确的选项。

创设真实情境，让学生根据实际生活开展对话，问答他人的职业，巩固本课时的核心词汇和句型，提高学生的语言综合运用能力。

1. Talk with your partner.

1. 课件呈现课本P48 Talk with your partner板块图片，学生先观察图片，说出对应的职业词汇。

T: Oliver’s father is a businessman. His mother is a head teacher. There are some other jobs. Let’s learn together.

2. 教师列举所学的职业单词，引导学生总结职业名词的变化规律。
3. 学生尝试说出更多的职业名词。

2. Look and say.

课件呈现关于职业的图片。学生根据图片，用句型“—What does

your father/mother do? —He’s/She’s a .....”进行问答。

S1: What does your father do?   S2: He’s a ...

S1: What does your mother do?  S2: She’s a ...

3. Pair work.

两名学生为一组，根据实际情况问答对方父母的职业。

S1: What does your father/mother do?

4. Exercises.

  完成两项课堂练习。（A. 连词成句。B. 用所给词的正确形式填空。）

小结：师生共同回顾本课时所学的职业名词及问答职业的句型。

反思

本课采用游戏的方式复习了上节课所学的职业名词，一方面拓展了学生的词汇量，另外一方面也帮助学生唤醒旧知，激发学生的学习兴趣。在教授对话的过程中，通过帮助学生读懂题目，逐步引导学生预测对话的重点内容。
