一、学生分析
本案例的授课对象是五年级的学生,学生学习英语兴趣较大,喜欢在各种情景下听、说、读、演的学习形式。对于今天教学的主题:On Vacation,学生已具有一定的英语基础,积累了如U1和U2学习的活动短语以及交通方式等相关的单词,对该主题有了一定的了解,对于学习更多的活动短语,学习积极性更高,接受知识更快,同时他们富有想象力和创造力,自主学习探索能力强。
二、教材分析
1、本课时新授的内容是本教材unit 3 Vocabulary and Target.
2、本课时的重点句型: What are you going to do during the vacation? I’m going to...该句型已在Unit 1中学习过,对同学们难度不大。主要难点是during the vacation的理解,本课时将继续深入掌握和应用。
3、本节课的重点是八个活动短语以及如何制订活动计划。
三、教学目标
1、学生能够运用活动短语如visit relatives, have a picnic, make models, play with friends, read books, help Dad, surf the Internet, take photos进行计划。
2、学生能够巩固将来时 be going to 的用法,运用句型I’m going to...表达对将来的计划。
3、学生能积极运用所学英语进行表达交流。
4、学生能够了解和表达中国首都北京的一些景点。
四、教学策略
1、本课主要运用合作互动、情景对话、交流评价等教学策略,引导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于思考,培养学生解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力。
2、在教学过程中,运动游戏、小组活动充分调动学生的兴趣,使学生在愉快的气氛和活动中理解和运用。
3、让学生所学知识更加贴近实际生活,使学生更能灵活运用重点语句。

五、教学过程
Step 1: Warm-up and Lead-in (3分钟)
(1) Warming-up
T: Good morning, boys and girls. How are you today? Before our class. Let’s play a game. Plead look and read aloud.
(设计意图:游戏复习一些活动、交通工具、住宿的短语单词)
(2) lead-in
T: Wow, boys and girls. You did a good job. Here is a chant for you. Can you chant with me? Let’s try
T: Now the plane is ready to fly.
(设计意图: 复习计划的五大要素。)
Step 2: Presentation(15分钟)
1、learn the new words.
T: Yes, May Day is coming. We are taking about the vacation plan. Here is my plan.
I’m going to Beijing during the vacation.
I’m going by plane.
I’m going to stay in a hotel.
I’m going to go sightseeing and take photos.
I will be very happy.
What about you?
(让学生齐读,初步感受文本结构)
T:Where am I going? Ss: You’re going to Beijing.
T: How am I going? Ss: You’re going by plane.
T: Where am I going to stay? Ss: You’re going to stay in a hotel.
T: What am I going to do there? Ss: You’re going to go sightseeing and take photos.
T: Great!
What about you, boys and girls? What are you going to do during the vacation?
T: during the vacation
(齐读during,通过图片理解during的含义)
T: I’m going to surf the Internet and visit relatives.
(学习两组短语,先听音频朗读,老师再带读,relatives 一词自然拼读教学)
T:We have many relatives. Who are our relatives?
Ss: aunt, uncle, cousin...
T: Yes, they are all our relatives.
T: I am going to have a picnic and take photos.
(学习这两组短语,picnic 自然拼读)
T:Do you like to have a picnic? Ss: Yes.
T: Look, What do they eat on the picnic? Ss: They eat fruit```
T: On the picnic, we can eat lots of good food and take many photos.
T: Let’s see! Who can try? Ss: ```
T: Oh,Look! Is that good? Ss: No. We should take away the rubbish.
T: look and answer.(让学生看图回答问题)
学习剩下的四个短语。
T: Yes, there are lots of things we can do during the vacation.
(齐读单词)
- Play a game. 小组PK
请小组的同学上台,台下的同学问:what are you going to do during the vacation?

Step 3: Practice and Extension (18分钟)
- Lisa and Gogo are talking about their plans. Let’s watch and answer.
(观看视频,回答问题)
- 整体分角色朗读Target.
- Yes, Lisa is going to surf the Internet. Let’s see what are they talking then?
(完成第二项练习)
T:Where is Lisa going?
T: How is Lisa going?
T: Where is she going to stay?
T: What is she going to do there?
T: Yes, to make a plan. We need to know where, how, where to stay and what to do.
(总结,并将卡片贴在黑板上。)
