Als , a gd laugh increases bld flw t the heart and imprves the functin f bld vessels ,which helps prtect us frm heart disease. Finally , when we laugh , the level f stress chemicals in ur bdy falls , and the number f immune cells in ur bdy increases. Bth mean that ur bdy is better able t fight infectin.
