Step 1  Review

2. Talk about something about China.

Step 2  Leading in

1. Show a map of the world and ask the class the following questions:

Where is China on the map?

Do you know any other countries?

Where are they?

2. Get some students to give their answers.

Step 3  Presentation

1. Teach the new words and expressions, and get the students to read the new words aloud by themselves.
