虚拟条件句中的倒装如果虚拟条件句中的谓语部分含有were, had 或者shuld, 可以把它们放在句首,省略连词if,变成倒装句.Were it nt fr yur help, I wuldn’t have gt what I have tday.要是没有你的帮助,我就不会有今天.Had I knwn it earlier, I wuldn’t have lent him the mney.Shuld he act like that again, he wuld be punished.
当句首为here, there, nw, then, such 等副词, 谓语动词为be, g, cme 等时,句子的主谓要求倒装

若主语为人称代词,则不用倒装

副词或者介词+with+其他成分是一种表示祈使句的倒装结构,句中省略了动词.

如果前面句子中所说的情况也适合于后面的句子,后面的句子常用s(肯定句),nr, neither, n mre(否定句)引导构成倒装句,并且用d, des, did 代替实义动词.They can leave nw, s can we.Yu have helped her, and has she yu.Yu can’t d it, nr can I.如果不是表示情况的场合,而是表示对前面句子内容的肯定或否定,则不能用倒装句.He is a gd student, s he is.倒装句中的nr也可以换为and nr或者but nr,表示另一人或者物“也不”时,也可以用and neither.She did nt d it, and nr (but nr) did she try t.Yu are nt wrng, and neither is she.

从句中关系代词＆关系副词的倒装

many a time& next 等表示时间/次数或顺序的副词位于句首时常要倒装

well, s, gladly 等表示方式/程度的副词位于句首时常倒装
Well d I remember the day I saw her first.Well did I knw her and well did she knw me.Gladly wuld I accept yur prpsal.(建议)下面句子中的selfish为形容词,位于句首时表示强调,要倒装. Selfish des ur life make us.
副词短语位于句首时,常把主谓倒装
On her left sat her husband.Beynd the river lives an ld fisherman.Amng the guests was standing Mary.
在含有情态动词的谓语中,行为动词(有时连同宾语或补语)可以倒装表示强调.I have my duty t d, and d it I will.Write a pem I cannt; let me write an essay instead.
修辞倒装
当 “nly+状语”位于句首表示强调时用倒装,如不在句首,或虽在句首,但不修饰状语时用正常语序

never 等具有否定意义,或否定形式的词或词组居于句首时用倒装,不居句首时则用正常语序

seldm 很少hardly 几乎不n sner…than…一…就…by n means决不in n case 决不in vain 无效,没有用

英语中有的让步状语从句可以用as,thugh等引起的倒装结构表示,其结构一般也为”形容词(副词,动词,分词)+as/thugh+主语+谓语”

为了生动的描写动作,in, ut, away, up , dwn, ff 等副词可以放在句首倒装
Away flew the bird!Off went Jack!Up went the rcket int the air.上述结构若主语为代词,则用正常语序.Away they went.Over it turns.
