一、教学目标(Teaching aims)
1. 帮助学生学习字母t和d在单词中的发音。
2. 通过阅读故事,让学生进一步巩固、拓展和运用句型。
3. 通过学习任务(Task)帮助学生巩固和运用本单元所学的知识。
二、教学重难点(Teaching points and difficulties)
1. 句型:What can you hear?
2. 语音:字母t和d在单词中的发音
3. 日常用语:Help! Don’t worry.

课件、音频。
四、教学过程(Teaching process)
Pre-task preparations
1. 带领学生朗读一首有关声音的儿歌:
Come and listen!
Come and listen!
Listen to the bird
In the tree.
Come and listen!
Come and listen!
Listen to the dog
In the street.
Come and listen!
Come and listen!
Listen to the cat
On the roof.
让学生跟读数遍,然后把学生分为三组,每组读一段。
2. 播放各种交通工具发出的声音,让学生快速反应,用I can hear…说出听到的声音。
T: Listen to the sounds, (play the recording) What can you hear?
S1: I can hear a bus.
S2:I can hear a car.
While-task procedures
1. 把Enjoy a story的挂图贴在黑板上。播放Enjoy a story的录音,让学生边听录音,边看Enjoy a story的图片。然后逐图提问,检测学生对故事的理解程度。
T: What can the rabbits hear?
Ss: They can hear “Gu Dong”
...
2. 让学生阅读Enjoy a story的故事,然后提问,帮助学生理解故事大意。
T: How is Gu Dong?
Ss: Its mouth is big.
T: What colour are its eyes?
Ss: Its eyes are green.
可以把动物对Gu Dong的想象和Gu Dong真实的样子做对比,让学生描述。
3. 把学生分成若干小组。各小组分角色表演Gu Dong is coming!故事。教师巡视全班,随时提供帮助。
4. 让学生看Learn the sounds。出示t (rabbit) 和d (red)卡片,教学生朗读单词rabbit和red,引导学生体会字母t和d的正确发音,让学生跟读几遍,直至发音正确。
T: (show the flashcard for rabbit) T, /t/, rabbit.
Ss: T, /t/, rabbit.
...
出示更多含有t和d的单词,让学生朗读,体会字母t和d在单词中的发音。
最后,呈现Learn the sounds的儿歌,让学生跟着录音朗读儿歌。
Post-task activities
1. 各小组结合以前学过的单词和句子对课文中的故事进行创造性的改编,如:
Group1
S1: What is...?
S2: It’s a monster! It’s head is big. Its hands are big too.
S3: Its eyes are big and red.
S4: Its face is round and black.
教师把全班学生分成四至六组,要求各小组把自己创编的故事... is coming!演一演,评选出表演得最好的小组。
2. 让学生看《练习册》Task的第一部分,在图片上圈出上学路上能听到或看到的事物,然后与同桌互相问答。
S1: What can you see?
S2: I can see a cat…
S1: What can you hear?
S2: I can hear a dog.
接着让学生填空完成Task第二部分,写一写自己在上学路上的见闻。
