Step 1. Warm-up
Duty report. “Is everyone here today?” Are you often ill? Are you healthy?
Step 2. Presentation
1. Talk about some pictures, judge which is “strong and healthy”, which is “ill and weak”.
2. How to be healthy and strong?
Everyone wants to be healthy and strong. How can we be healthy and strong?

3. Look and ask. Look at the pictures, ask and answer.
A: How often did Danny have breakfast last week?
B: Danny had breakfast once last week.
A: When did he have breakfast?
B: At about 7:30 on Tuesday morning.

B: Kim had breakfast six times last week.
Step 3. Drills
Circle the key words you learn.

Step 4. Practice
1. Write and say. Look at the picture one in page 21, and make you own card. Then ask and answer in pairs.
2. Talk and write. Look at the pictures two in page 21, complete the answers according to yourself. Then ask and answer in pairs.
