写作中可尝试将短文写成两个段落。

第一段，同学们可根据在3a环节中向伙伴所做的介绍，写出这些变化。注意把握好时态。描述现在用一般现在时，描述过去的动作用used to do结构。

  My life has changed a lot in the last few years.
