    设计说明

      本课时是对本单元目标语言的综合运用。通过信件阅读和写作让学生进一步检验学习效果和知识巩固效 果;阅读部分通过对比来总结两名作者关于同一次旅行经历的不同感受,培养学生的阅读策略和对比分析能力;通过模仿写作,提高自己的语言表达和运用能力。教师应做好指导工作,让学生学会如何自学,真正提高自学能力。

    教学目标

      1. 知识目标:

      (1)掌握单词和短语:excitinglovelyexpensivecheapslowfastrobotguidegifteverythinginteresteddarkhearall in allbe interested in

      (2)读懂有关旅行的日记。

      2. 能力目标:

      (1)学会运用一般过去时态描述和评价自己的旅行;并学会写英文日记,介绍过去发生的事情。

      (2)通过阅读两篇旅行日记,培养阅读理解能力及对知识的运用能力。

      3. 情感目标:

      交流旅行心得,了解他人;通过对旅行活动的回忆使自己更加热爱生活。

    重点难点

      1. 重点:

      (1)本课时所学词汇。

      (2)读懂有关旅行的两篇日记。

      2. 难点:

      学写旅行日记。

    教学准备

      多媒体课件及与新学词汇lovelyexpensiveslowfastgift等相关的图片,2b的音频文件。

    教学过程

      Step 1 Warming up & Leading in

      1. Talk freely like this

      THow was your school trip?

      S1It was great.

      TWhat did you do on your last school trip?

      S1I visited a museum and a fire station.

      TDid you take photos?

      TWhat do you think of the people there?

      S1They were friendly.

      2. TOK. Check your homework. Can you read the new words? Look at the screen. Read and give their Chinese meanings.

      Step 2 Presentation

      1. Guide the students to give descriptive words.

      TWhat do you think of your last trip?

      S1Great. /Not bad. /Excellent. /Exciting. /Terrible...

      2. Practice.

      Read the words in 2a and put a for good and an × for bad. Leave a blank if they can mean both. After two minutescheck the answers.

      3Sentences

      We got there so fast by train.

      Then the guide taught us how to make a model robot.

      Everything was about robots and I’m not interested in that.

      ...it was difficult to take photosso I didn’t take any.

      I didn’t like the trip at all.

      4. Work in groups.

      (1)地点副词的用法。

      there(那里),here(这里),home(家)等,皆为地点副词,前面不能再加介词,如“到达那儿”可以表达为get/arrive there;当get/arrive后接地点名词时,应加介词。

      What time did you get/arrive home 到家 last night?

      What time did you get to/arrive at the museum (到博物馆) last Sunday?

      2everything的用法。

      everything为不定代词,意为“所有事物;一切”,不定代词作主语时,谓语动词用单数形式。

      Everything is be free today.

      Everything starts start to grow fast.

      3interestedinteresting

      interested是形容词,意为“感兴趣的”,通常用作表语,主语是,常用短语be interested in意为“对……感兴趣”。in后可接名词、代词或动词-ing形式。

      interesting是形容词,意为“有趣的”,作表语定语,说明事物本身具有这样的性质或特征。用法类似的词还有exciting/excitedboring/bored等。

      Most kids are interested in interesting stories. interest

      大部分孩子对有趣的故事感兴趣。

      We are excited to hear such exciting news. excite

      听到这么令人兴奋的消息我们都很兴奋。

      The boy is interested interest in making make model robots.

      这个男孩对制作机器人模型感兴趣。

      (4too manytoo muchmuch too的区别。

      too many意为“太多”,后接可数名词复数;too much也意为“太多”,后接不可数名词;much too意为“太”,后接形容词或副词

      用too manytoo muchmuch too补全句子。

      ①There are too many cars on the street. The street is much too crowded. 街道上有太多汽车。街道太拥挤了。

      ②Eating too much meat is not good for health.

      吃太多肉对身体健康有害。

      5It’s+adj. +for sb. to do sth. 句型。

      在此结构中,it作形式主语,真正的主语是动词不定式to do sth. sb. 是动词不定式的逻辑主语。

      (6not...at all的用法。

      not...at all意为“根本不;一点儿也不”。not与助动词、连系动词be或情态动词连用,构成否定句,at all一般位于句末。

      Jim isnt interested in robots at all.

      吉姆对机器人根本不感兴趣。

      I don’t like noodles at all. 我一点儿都不喜欢面条。

      He can’t swim at all. 他根本不会游泳。

      (7hearlisten的区别。

      hear是及物动词,意为“听见;听到”,强调听的结果listen是不及物动词,后常接介词to,意为“”,强调听的动作

      He listened carefully but still couldn’t hear anything.

      他仔细地听了但还是不能听到任何东西。

      (8)疑问词howwhatwherewhen等与动词不定式to do sth. 连用,可作主语、表语、宾语等。

      He taught me how to use use the computer.

      他教我如何使用电脑。

      Can you tell me what to do do next?

      你能告诉我接下来该做什么吗?

      5. Read and retell the passages.

      Step 4 Writing

      Now look at the pictures of his school trip in 3acomplete his diary entry and answer the questions.

      1Where did Bob go? He went to the zoo.

      2How did he go there? He took a bus to go there.

      3What did he see? He saw many animals.

      4What did he do there? He took some photos and bought some gifts.

      5How was Bob’s trip? It was great.

      Complete this diary entry.
