气氛，拉近与学生的距离，又复现一些副词，让他们感知本节课的重点动词加副词的结构。】 Step 2 Stories from Aesop’s Fables  look and say  (PPT示图龟兔赛跑/狐狸和乌鸦)T: What story is it ? From this story, what do you learn？ (PPT示图狮子和老鼠) T：What story is it ? This is a story from our English books. Now let me check if you know it very well.  ask and answer  T:I have some questions for you. What questions are they? (Wh-questions)    We read them in rising or falling intonation?   Ss read them and answer.  T: Can you ask more wh-questions about this story? 【设计意图：通过谈论学生熟知的成语故事，复习wh-questions的语调，并通过对故事的提问，让学生运用wh-questions，真正了解其语调。】  think and retell   T: Let’s retell this story. Pictures and key words can help you.     In this story, we can see many words like “quietly, loudly, happily, sadly”.     They are adverbs. Can you give me more words like this ? 
We use adverbs to make the actions more vividly. They describe verbs.  think and practice   T: The lion and the mouse became friends from then on. They came back to the forest happily. A bird came “Wow, you are friends ! Great!” The bird said happily. Then , a tiger, a rabbit and many other animals came. What did they say? What did they do ? Imagine,please.work in pairs.   think and talk From this story, what do you learn ? I have some sentences for you. Try to read them. Which sentence do you like best ? Do you like this story? Do you like stories from Aesop’s Fables? They are interesting and helpful. We can learn a lot from them. Next, we will read stories around us.  【设计意图：副词的运用是本课重点，通过故事的结尾想象，让学生在情境中运用副词，又通过询问故事中蕴含的哲理，升华情感，拓展思维。】 Step 3 Stories around us  Listen and think T: Look ,who is he? This is a story about Mike. Listen please.What an exciting day! Why is it an exciting day?   Think and write  Students think and finish the story, write some adverbs.  Read and check Students read the sentences and check. Then read the whole story together.  think and say  T: There is picture six on your English books. Look , the woman is crying
