本课时包括Listen and chant. &Listen, pint and find “we…”两个模块。Listen and chant. 呈现了一首关于春节的歌曲，Listen, pint and find “we…”春节和在春节做的事情，体现了食物和动作的单词，短语和意义。此板块呈现的对话情境是通过介绍照片，得到春节做什么事的结论。此情境是发生在家里，学生很容易接受，也因为贴近学生的实际生活，更能激发学生学习的兴趣。
本课时是新授课，四会单词需要提前讲解，方便学生接受新知。在设计教学过程时，遵循以学生为主体的原则。采用听、说、读、 写、玩的方法调动全体学生的参与。通过任务型教学法、合作探究教学法等引导学生自主学习。
