Put sme lettuce and nin n the bun and add sme sauce. Then, use yur hands t shape the beef int a ball. Next, flatten（使变平） the ball f beef t frm a beef patty（碎肉饼）. Then, ck the patty n bth sides. It's a ppular delicius dish in Beijing and a great chice fr breakfast r lunch.T make this special fd, yu need t have 300 grams f ndles, 250 grams f minced prk, sme sybean paste, sme bean spruts, I cucumber, I green nin. 2 clves f garlic, 2 spns f vegetable il and sme dark sy sauce. Als, dn't frget the wk.
First, stir the sybean paste and the dark sy sauce well in a bwl. Next, cut the cucumber int strips, mince the green nin and garlic int pieces, and wash the bean spruts.
