此句型常用来询问某人的职业,意为“……是做什么的?”其中,前面的d/des是助动词,没有实际意义,帮助构成疑问句;后面的d是实义动词,意为“做”。
基本句型: What d/des + 人+d?
答语: 人+ be动词 + a/an + 职业名词。
例句: -What d yu d?你是做什么的? -I’m a teacher. 我是一名老师。
例句: -What des Amy d?埃米是做什么的? -She is a dctr. 他是一个医生。
1.“What’s +某人的 + jb?”
2.“What +be动词+ 人?”
例句: What des Mike d? 迈克是做什么工作的? =What’s Mike’s jb?=What is Mike?
注意:如果是当面询问对方的职业,为了避免不礼貌,我们最好不用“What are yu?”而用“What d yu d?”。
表达将来想要从事的职业
I want t be a businessman.
解析:此句型常用来表达自己想要从事的职业,相当于“I’m ging t be a businessman.”。如果要提问某人将来想要从事的职业。
基本句型: What d/des + 主语+want t be?
答语: 主语+ want/wants t be a/an+ 职业名词。
例句: -What d yu want t be? 你将来想要做什么? -I want t be a dancer. 我想成为一名舞蹈家。
